Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Gaaose.com. We aim to provide fresh, high-quality products and clear terms for any cancellations or refunds.

1. Fresh Produce (Vegetables & Fruits)

  • No Returns or Refunds: Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once items are delivered and the packaging has been opened or tampered with.

  • If you receive an incorrect or clearly spoiled item, please contact us within 1 hours of delivery with photos on whatsApp, and we will review the issue.

2. Subscription Services

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at Gaaose@gmail.com or via WhatsApp

  • If you cancel before the end of the billing cycle, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting the full MRP value of the service(s) already used up to the cancellation date.

  • Refunds are processed to you once we verify within 3 business days.

Order Cancellation (Before Delivery)

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order for a full refund.

  • After that window, cancellation may not be possible if the order is already being packed or delivered.
